No warranty or guarantee is provided by Sangam Spares on any products unless specified.
Electronic items such as switches, wiring harnesses, CDI, Coil Plate, ECU, ECM, ST Coils, etc. are not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable under any circumstance.
If a specific item carries a warranty/guarantee directly from the manufacturer, the terms will be informed at the time of purchase. In such cases, warranty service will be governed by the respective manufacturer and not by Sangam Spares.
For non-electronic items, customers may request a return or exchange within 3 days of purchase:
Pune customers : Must visit our store in person within 3 days
Customers outside Pune district : Must inform Sangam Spares through the app/website within 3 days, mentioning the date of return/exchange.
Products must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by the invoice.
Refund/exchange eligibility will be determined solely by Sangam Spares, considering the condition of the product and circumstances of return.
Decision of Sangam Spares will be final in all refund/exchange cases.
